Get pre-approved and know the price range that best fits your budget.

Finding a home

I need the area, style, size, bedrooms, baths, schools etc… of interest
You will be notified of all current & new listings that meet your criteria including price reductions.

Find houses to view

I will personally take you through the homes and answer any questions you have.

Paying the right price!

Once you find a property you like, I will show you comparable properties recently sold and those currently on the market. Along with my market expertise I will ensure you don’t pay too much.

Making an offer

Offer price, financing commitment, closing costs, home warranty, inspection, inclusions & exclusions, earnest money, expiration, closing time frame, possession.

Accepted offer to purchase

The clock is ticking, apply for financing, set up home inspection, make sure all deadlines are met, repairs, appraisal, set up utilities, final walk through.

What to expect at the closing

The closing is a formal process where all parties sign all of the necessary paperwork needed to complete the sale. Title to the property is transferred from seller to you and you receive the keys.
